More than a designer…As I am an individual who is creative and passionate in art, I excel in customer service, team management and digital marketing. Due to having a career in customer service and sales representation in publishing industries, I became a freelance designer.

Project Brief
Ability to create a food and beverages ordering mobile application with practice methods of rethinking product lifecycles and user experience of products and service. Using Design Thinking and tools, create shifts in paradigms to help to convince products and services offered.

Chosen Product & Product Research
Chosen mobile food and beverages online ordering application is Subway. I choose Subway as the  food chain do not have a specific application for ordering the food online in Singapore, compared to other countries. I gather more research on the food chain and how I could come up with with an application for food ordering. Understanding the business of Subway stores, they are mostly franchise stores, that is a reason that maybe the application ordering online is not standardised.
INTERPRETATION OF PROJECT BRIEF: TO CREATE APP OF FAST ORDERING
a) Creating joy and happiness for customers to order their food easier.
b) Giving customers with more options and able to customise when ordering.
c) Giving customers with more nutrition information of the food that they are consuming.
d) With affordable promotions and perks, the ordering will bring them great joy for them.
e) With the advance in technology, ordering with location based will truly a saviour for users.

Subway Ordering App is a challenge for All Health Food Conscious User because there are lots of ordering services online in Singapore eg. Food Panda, GrabFood etc. which are not the direct seller where customers will be able to access to the nutrition informations as well as not able to benefit perks and promotion that the Subway is offering.
