More than a designer… As I am an individual who is creative and passionate in art, I excel in customer service, team management and digital marketing. Due to having a career in customer service and sales representation in publishing industries, I became a freelance designer. Aspire to be a digital product designer in an organisation where there is a UX team that lets me explore and create innovation bringing great design in the digitalisation world now.
Recently worked with TDCX, a BPO organisation, handling famous social media platform Meta, as a Meta Marketing Pro, assisting advertisers to optimise campaigns. Completed Specialist Diploma in Motion Graphics with Singapore Polytechnic recently. Have experience working with Start Up company on transforming Art Education to be sustainability in the phygital world during Covid as a Customer Experience (CX) Strategies Specialist, which manages with lots of UX/UI strategies as well as a Scrum Master (certified). Nick is also talented as a photographer & designer for media, business development management, a Tailor, a Fashion graduate as well as Fashion Stylist.
